According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Spanish giants Barcelona are interested in the possibility of signing Krzysztof Piatek. The AC Milan forward seemingly isn’t all too interested in going down with the ship, and it’s not like anyone can blame him. At this moment in time he is being viewed as one of the many potential replacements for Luis Suarez, who is said to be on the verge of leaving the club after many years of service at the top level. The Pole joined Milan on loan from Genoa in January, but courtesy of Milan’s poor start to the Serie A season, it appears as if Barcelona are willing to offer him a lifeline.
Barca’s interest in bringing in another forward has been well documented, even after they were finally able to lure Antoine Griezmann over to the Nou Camp from Atletico Madrid.
Piatek, as anyone who has watched him will know, possesses a great deal of potential.
