According to a recent report from Daily Mirror, Barcelona are considering a move to sign Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.
The deal would be done when his contract expires next summer after months, if not years, of speculation as to whether or not the World Cup winner will leave Old Trafford.
Barcelona want to target Pogba because he would be available to them on a free transfer, which makes sense after the Spanish giants saw their finances take a hit due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Their La Liga rivals Real Madrid have also shown interest in signing Pogba in the past and there’s no getting around that with Juventus also considering their options on more than one occasion.
We hear about Pogba possibly leaving United during every transfer window and yet nothing comes of it, but if United continue to falter, they may have no choice but to sell him.
