Catalan daily newspaper Sport understands that Barcelona are hot on the trail of Monaco star Bernardo Silva.
Various media reports suggest that the Portuguese winger will be the subject of numerous offers in the summer, with Manchester United reportedly securing the first option on the 22-year-old.
And it seems that Barcelona are in the mix as well, as Sport claims the Catalans scouted the highly rated footballer in Monaco’s 5-3 Champions League defeat to Manchester City.
Barcelona technical department believe that Bernardo Silva is well suited for the team’s style of play, but luring him to Camp Nou will be no easy task.
As much as Monaco would like to hold on to their prized asset at least for a while longer, chances are that the Portugal star will be moving clubs in the summer transfer window and it only remains to be seen whether he will end up.
