Spanish media outlet Mundo Deportivo claims that Barcelona are hot on the trail of Borussia Dortmund starlet Christian Pulisic.
The 18-year-old has shown a great deal of potential since he was promoted to the first team set-up at Signal-Iduna Park, and he has even managed to nail down a regular starting berth.
Pulisic’s excellent showings clearly did not go unnoticed as latest reports suggest that Barcelona are weighing up a move for his services.
The Catalans plan to continue the squad rejuvenation process after recruiting Samuel Umtiti, Andre Gomes, Paco Alcacer and Lucas Digne, and they seem ready to test Dortmund’s resolve with an official proposal.
Despite signing Paco Alcacer from Valencia, the Catalans are still short of options in the final third and they clearly want Pulisic to learn from the mercurial MSN trio with a view of replacing one of them in the starting line-up in years to come.
