Barcelona keep tabs on Rafael Leao

The La Liga behemoths Barcelona are said to be tracking the in-form Lille forward Rafael Leao.

The Portuguese striker scored seven goals this season in the Ligue 1 which was more than enough for this 19-year-old to attract interest from the Catalans.

Barcelona have been scouting the lad extensively and following his progress ever since he moved to France from Sporting CP last summer.

Portuguese media outlet Record claims Barcelona regard Leao as one of the most talented attackers in Europe and will continue to monitor his development. The Catalans are looking to rejuvenate their team and have been scouring the planet to find only the most talented players around.

Having already secured the signature of Frenkie de Jong from Ajax and Arthur Melo from Gremio earlier in 2018, Barcelona are prepared to add some more exciting talents as an investment for the future.

In addition to Rafael Leao, Barcelona are also keeping tabs on his teammate Nicolas Pepe.
