Barcelona lead race for Kane

According to reports in England, Spanish champions Barcelona are considered to be the new favourites to sign Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane. The Englishman is widely considered to be one of the best strikers on the planet, and that theory was solidified when he won the Golden Boot at the 2018 FIFA World Cup. The Spurs star has always been linked with a move away from North London ever since he rose to prominence, but now, it seems like the discussions are louder than ever before.

Real Madrid have always been viewed as the leading side when it comes to who is most likely to sign Kane, but now, Barca have entered the discussion in a big way.

It’s still incredibly unlikely that there would be any substantial movement until at least the summer transfer window, but even so, you’d have to imagine Tottenham fans are getting pretty nervous as the rumour mill continues to swirl.
