Santos starlet Rodrygo Goes has emerged as one of the top transfer targets for the La Liga champions Barcelona.
The flamboyant forward, who is being widely described as the combination of Neymar and Robinho, has been identified as one of the most talented Brazilian youngsters and is being tipped to make a summer switch to Europe.
Barcelona scouts have been keeping close tabs on Rodrygo during the past couple of months and the Catalan club have even approached the Brazilian giants Santos to discuss a potential summer move.
Rodrygo is contracted to Santos until 2022 and has a €50 million release clause which is a slightly lower fee than that paid by Real Madrid for Vinicius Junior.
According to UOL Esporte, the Santos board has yet to receive any formal offers for the player who is said to be also attracting interest from the Champions League finalists Liverpool.
