Barcelona linked with Manchester City winger Jeremy Doku

Barcelona are interested in signing Jeremy Doku from Manchester City in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that Doku could leave the defending Premier League champions, and that La Liga club Barcelona are showing interest in him.

Doku has been on the books of Man City since the summer of 2023 when he joined from Rennes. The Belgium international winger is only 22 and has a lot of potential, but the youngster has yet to establish himself as a regular starter in Pep Guardiola’s team. The winger has made 10 starts in the Premier League so far this season and started 18 times in the league in the 2023-24 campaign.

Man City are fifth in the Premier League table at the moment with 44 points from 26 matches, two points behind fourth-placed Chelsea, who have played 27 games. Meanwhile, Barcelona currently find themselves at the top of the La Liga table with 54 points from 25 games, level on points with second-placed and defending champions Real Madrid.
