ESPN Mexico understands that La Liga champions Barcelona are keen on the 22-year-old Mexican international Hirving Lozano.
The PSV star has enjoyed a fantastic season in the Eredivisie whereas he also made a huge impact in his nation’s first World Cup match against title holders Germany when he scored a winning goal for El Tri in their 1-0 shock victory over Die Mannschaft.
The flamboyant winger is said to have turned the heads of Barcelona chiefs who are looking into the possibility of approaching PSV for a possible summer transfer to Camp Nou.
Lozano’s stock is expected to surge during the World Cup in Russia and a price of €50 million is already being mentioned as the minimum requirement.
Barcelona are said to be extremely keen on the Mexican despite the fact he would take up a non-EU spot in the team. With Brazilian talent Arthur also coming in this summer this could prove to be a problem for Barcelona.
