La Liga giants Barcelona have been linked with a move for out-of-favour Real Madrid midfielder Isco Alcorcon, the Catalan radio station RAC1 finds out exclusively.
The Spanish midfielder and once the Europe’s brightest talent Isco has not been receiving the treatment he feels is deserved at Real Madrid and a move away from Santiago Bernabeu is on the cards once the transfer window reopens in the summer.
Premier League rivals Tottenham and Manchester City have emerged as potential destinations for the 24-year-old, but according to reports from the aforementioned Catalan radio station Barcelona have made formal approach to the player and his representatives in efforts to persuade Isco to move to Camp Nou at the end of the campaign.
RAC1 suggests that Isco is yet to respond to the Catalan giants.
Isco’s time in Real Madrid first-team this season has been limited to only 13 La Liga starts, during which time Isco contributed with six goals for Los Blancos.
