Barcelona no longer want Griezmann?

According to a recent report from Marca, Barcelona are no longer interested in signing Antoine Griezmann. The Atletico Madrid star was heavily linked with a move to the Nou Camp last summer, but after the release of an in-depth documentary, it was confirmed that he would be staying loyal to Atletico instead of joining Barca.

The 27 year old has been with Atletico since back in 2014, when he made the switch over from fellow Spanish club Real Sociedad. Griezmann is also an established member of the French national team, being named the Man of the Match in the 2018 FIFA World Cup Final as France lifted the trophy for the second time.

Alas, Barca aren’t believed to be interested in signing him anymore, and they’re actually more intrigued by the idea of going after Tim Werner, Luka Jovic or Maxi Gomez.

However, it’s worth noting that we have all heard reports like this before.
