Barcelona offer two players for Martinez

According to a recent report from Sport, Barcelona have tabled an offer for Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez. In addition to a fee of around £56.9 million, the Spanish giants have also put forward two of their own players as part of the deal.

Barca haven’t exactly been shy in their pursuit of Martinez, making it crystal clear that their primary goal is to bring the striker to the Nou Camp. In the past, Arturo Vidal, Nelson Semedo and Carles Alena have all been mentioned as potential additions in a player-plus-cash deal, but there’s been no confirmation as to which of the two are set to be featured here.

The hype surrounding Martinez has been notable for quite a few months now, and at the age of just 22, it certainly seems as if he’s got a whole lot more time left to grow and develop.

Whether or not this offer is enough, of course, is a different matter.
