Barcelona are considering making a €60 million bid for Atletico Madrid and Argentina international Sergio Aguero, says Spanish newspaper Sport.
Barcelona will have to meet the 20-year-old’s €60 million buy-out, as Atletico are keen to keep their highly rated forward at the club.
Aguero and Barca forward Lionel Messi have impressed while playing together in the Argentine national team.
El Kun has been linked with a move to Real Madrid this summer, but he has insisted that he is not interested in joining Los Merengues.
Reports from Spain have also suggested that Serie A side Juventus are also considering making a move for the Argentine forward.
Aguero has hinted that he is interested in a return to Argentinian football before his playing days are over, but he has still a long time left of his career.
