France international midfielder and Chelsea dynamo N’Golo Kante is being a subject of interest from Spanish and French champions, Barcelona and Paris-Saint Germain, respectively.
Member of the FIFA FIFPro World XI and one of the highest rated defensive midfielders in world football has gone from strength to strength ever since arriving in England.
Having guided Leicester City to their historic Premier League title, the diminutive Frenchman moved to London where he lifted the domestic title in his first season at Stamford Bridge.
The World Cup winner is now said to be attracting plenty of interest from Barcelona and PSG who are, according to reports from Sport Mediaset, keen on landing him during January.
Chelsea have already rejected approaches from Barcelona for N’Golo Kante this summer but the Catalans continue to nurture interest in the Frenchman who does not to be a great fit into Maurizio Sarri’s unique playing system.
The new Chelsea boss has thus far played Kante out of position, deploying him as a No.8 further up field instead of having him shielding the defence which could, in Barcelona and PSG’s views, lead to the player leaving Chelsea.
