Barcelona push for Neves

According to a recent report from The Athletic, Wolves are preparing to lose Ruben Neves and Joao Moutinho this summer.

While the future of Moutinho and where he’s going to end up is uncertain, the popular opinion with regards to Ruben Neves is that he’ll head to Barcelona.

The Spanish giants are in the midst of a real rebuild and while it may be going well right now, there’s always going to be room for improvement.

He’s set to be injured until May and even though he’s reiterated his love for Wolverhampton Wanderers as a club, he may be forced to look elsewhere if they’re unable to secure European football this season.

Neves is one of the best midfielders in the world let alone just the Premier League and while Barcelona may be the ones leading the charge right now, you’d have to think some of England’s finest will be after him – especially Manchester United.
