Barcelona rule out Neves move?

According to a recent report from AS, Barcelona are set to rule out a move to sign Ruben Neves this summer.

The report indicates that Xavi is fearful about the defensive aspects of his game, with the midfield sensation being heavily linked with a move to the Nou Camp in recent weeks.

The Wolverhampton Wanderers star has given six wonderful years of his career to the boys from the Black Country but at this point, you’d have to think he has his eyes firmly set on something bigger.

A recent report suggested that Ansu Fati could be heading to Molineux with Neves going in the opposite direction, although Fati isn’t overly interested in that prospect.

Barca have had their fair share of notable financial issues in recent years. As such, any kind of deal that would be as big as the Neves one feels a little bit strange (and unlikely) right now.
