Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has once again hit the headlines as it appears La Liga champions Barcelona have joined the chase for his signature.
The Serbian international is believed to be a long-term Manchester United target but the Catalans are now prepared to challenge Red Devils for the 23-year-old.
Spanish media outlet Don Balon is reporting that Barcelona are only the latest top club from Europe to join the race for Milinkovic-Savic. Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain are also keeping an eye on the talented Serb.
Milinkovic-Savic emerged as one of the most desired Serie A stars last season with Lazio. The Serbian was constantly linked with a move away from the club but ended up signing a new deal with Biancocelesti that keeps him in Rome until 2023.
Interested parties will have to dig deep in their wallets in order to persuade Lazio to give up on their prized asset.
