Barcelona still want Haaland

According to a recent report from ESPN, Barcelona still want to sign Erling Haaland despite knowing how difficult it’ll be to get a deal done.

The Borussia Dortmund star is easily one of the best strikers in world football right now and as we look ahead to the future, it’s hard to imagine a scenario in which that ceases to be the case.

Still, a player like that is always going to garner a lot of attention, and Haaland has been receiving attention from every possible direction lately.

Barcelona have been viewed as the frontrunners across the last few weeks but that hasn’t stopped a string of Premier League clubs, in addition to Real Madrid, throwing their name into the hat.

Haaland himself reportedly wants to go to Real so if that’s true, Barca face an almighty task to try and persuade him not to go as the summer transfer window approaches.
