Barcelona to go after Bellerin?

According to a recent report from Sport, Barcelona could be interested in trying to res-sign Hector Bellerin this summer.

The Arsenal star has somewhat fallen down the pecking order at the Emirates in recent months, and while he’s still the kind of fan favourite who can make an impact from time to time, he doesn’t have the kind of consistency that he needs to be a regular starter anymore.

Barca are going through a period of real change and with Bellerin being available for €25 million, they may wind up jumping at the chance to bring him back over to the Nou Camp.

At the age of just 25 there’s clearly still a lot of gas left in the tank for Bellerin, and it’s fair to question his motivation right now. There’s talent still residing in him, but it’s far too difficult to trust him as one of the first names on the team sheet.
