Barcelona to offer £120 million for Coutinho

Spanish giants Barcelona are prepared to offer £120 million for Liverpool hotshot Philippe Coutinho, according to The Times.

The Catalans reportedly want the Brazilian to replace his compatriot Neymar after he secured a world-record transfer to PSG, but the Reds are adamant their star player is not for sale.

Nevertheless, Barcelona are not giving up on their top target and they believe a £120 million proposal will change their minds.

Reaching an agreement with the attacking midfielder shouldn’t be a problem as he is believed to be keen on moving to Camp Nou.

Philippe Coutinho will go down as one of Liverpool’s best signings in recent years, having managed 42 goals and 37 assists since arriving in a €13 million deal from Inter Milan.
