AC Milan have recently been linked strongly with Barcelona duo Gianluca Zambrotta and Ronladinho, but now Spanish newspaper Marca has revealed that a deal is still a long way off. Barcelona want AC Milan to pay €50 million for the two players, while AC Milan are not willing to pay more that €22 million for the pair.
Both clubs are in desperate need for the deal to go through as they are both trying to rebuild, but Barcelona think that they can find a better deal for their players elsewhere. Ronaldinho could also move to Manchester City after his brother held talks with club owner Sinawatra, according to the Daily Mail, but that deal is still a long way off.
AC Milan on the other hand are desperate to sign Ronaldinho at least as they look to mount a serious title challenge next season. One of the problems that Carlos Ancelotti’s men have had in the recent years was to find the back of the net with consistency and the club thinks that Ronaldinho is the perfect player to address that issue.
