Barcelona want Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans

Barcelona are interested in signing Youri Tielemans from Leicester City, according to Mundo Deportivo. The Spanish giants have had scouts monitoring the Belgium international and are eager to make a move for the midfielder if he becomes available.

Tielemans has been brilliant for Leicester over the years and has established himself as a key figure in manager Brendan Rodgers’s team. The 24-year-old has scored 13 goals in 92 appearances in the Premier League for the Foxes so far in his career.

Leicester are unlikely to entertain any offers for Tielemans in the January transfer window. Like in the past two seasons, the former Premier League champions will be aiming for a top-four finish in the English top flight and will not want to lose one of their best players.
