Barcelona want someone for Coutinho

According to a recent report from Sport, Barcelona want a Chelsea player in return for Philippe Coutinho if they were to agree to sell the Brazilian.

The former Liverpool star has been unable to catch fire for both the Spanish giants and Bayern Munich over the course of the last few years, with many believing that he would be better suited to a Premier League return.

Whether or not any PL clubs have the finances necessary to facilitate such a move remains to be seen, but given the kind of names Chelsea have been linked with as of late, it doesn’t actually seem all too unlikely.

Coutinho was linked with a return to Liverpool at one stage, but if that doesn’t happen, the Blues could be the next club that receives the call.

If nothing else, this is the kind of story that is bound to drag on for most of the summer – so get ready for plenty of twists and turns.
