Barcelona want three new players next summer

According to a recent report from Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona’s sporting director Eric Abidal is believed to be interested in signing players from three positions in particular: full-back, centre-back and striker. The current contenders that are leading the way in those departments are Joshua Kimmich, Nikola Milenkovic and Lautaro Martinez. There is also interest in Lukas Klostermann, Andreas Christensen and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, all of whom have been linked with moves away from their respective clubs as of late. 

It certainly feels like Barca are going to be going to be busy over the course of the next few months, but in terms of these potential deals, the club are said to be looking towards next summer as opposed to January in terms of actually making them happen. Whether or not that comes to fruition is a different matter altogether, but at the very least, they’re putting the pieces in place to try and turn their fortunes around.
