Baresi praise wonderkid Balotelli

Inter assistant boss Giuseppe Baresi has heaped praise on youngster Mario Balotelli and believes he will be a future superstar.

“Mario is a great player with great qualities, and he has already shown these in the youth academy,” said Baresi.

“He has been with the great professionals in the first team for five months. He’s working well, he’s still young and he still has to rise through the ranks.

“He also needs advice to find the right balance of the kind of player who plays thirty matches a year.”

Giuseppe Baresi, the brother of AC Milan legend Franco, and Inter will face Lecce at San Siro in Serie A tonight.
