Lyon winger Michel Bastos is finally set to leave Stade Gerland as he appears on the verge of joining Al Ain, Le Parisien reports.
The same source has learned that les Gones are ready to accept a €4 million offer from Al Ain for the Brazilian, who will be signing a three-year deal with the United Arab Emirates side.
Bastos came close to joining Al Ain last summer, but the transfer eventually failed to materialize and he instead remained at Stade Gerland.
The 29-year-old left les Gones on temporary basis in January, having signed a six-month loan deal with Schalke, but the Bundesliga side surprisingly failed to try and make the transfer permanent despite Bastos largely impressing in Gelsenkirchen.
After scoring 5 goals in 12 Ligue 1 matches for Lyon in the first part of the season, the Brazilian continued his goalscoring form by netting 4 times in 14 Bundesliga matches while at Schalke.
