Marseille head coach Elie Baup says he is expecting a tough test from AEL Limassol in the Europa League on Thursday.
The French side have made a great start to the Ligue 1 campaign, winning six of their opening seven matches.
But Baup says his team will not underestimate their Cypriot opponents.
“They are a very athletic team, they have got good attacking players like Patrick Vouho who has good movement,” Baup said.
“Behind him, there is a playmaker, Rui Miguel. They all are really motivated and they did great last season.
“I’ve seen (fellow Cypriot team) APOEL Nicosie, the champion two years ago, against Lyon. The level of their national championship is good.
“And Limassol was runner-up behind APOEL this year. They (are) a good team, they are good on free-kicks and corners, they like to attack and it’s a very athletic team. We will have to play well.”
Marseille and AEL Limassol are two of four Group C teams on one point each after one match.
