According to a recent report from Sky Germany, Bayer Leverkusen have made contact with Manchester United over the potential signing of Brandon Williams.
Leverkusen are hoping to bring in a replacement for Santiago Arias who suffered both a broken leg and ankle ligament damage during international duty with Colombia.
Williams, on the other hand, hasn’t quite been able to enjoy as much time in the first team as he did last season. Leverkusen want to bring him in on a permanent basis whereas United are only willing to agree to a loan deal.
Bayer Leverkusen have been able to surpass all expectations put in front of them during the early portion of the Bundesliga season, and if they want to try and keep the pressure up on Bayern Munich, they need to bring in a few more reinforcements.
Williams, though, just needs to really think about where his future is going to take him.
