Bayern Munich are ready to once again make a bid for Chelsea’s Callum Hudson-Odoi.
The teenage sensation was the subject of major interest from the Bundesliga champions last season, with them failing with an offer back in January.
However, they are set to return with a bid of £45m – around £10m more than what was shunned by the London club during the winter transfer window.
In what was very much his breakthrough season, Hudson-Odoi racked up twenty-four appearances in all competitions last term scoring five goals – four of which coming on route to the Blues winning the Europa League.
He made his senior England debut back in March, coming on as a substitute in a 5-0 win over the Czech Republic before getting his first start in a 5-1 win in Montenegro three days later.
Chelsea begin life under Frank Lampard with a trip to Manchester United on the opening day of the season, and the away win is priced at 9/4.
