Bayern chief confirms interest in Marco Reus

Bayern Munich chief Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has confirmed that the club are interested in signing Borussia M’gladbach midfielder Marco Reus.

The 22-year-old midfielder has attracted admiring glances from big European clubs with his performances this season and even earned two Germany caps this term.

The player has four years left on his contract with Borussia, but everything suggests that he will leave the club much sooner.

Reus has been heavily linked with a move to Bayern Munich and the Bavarians now admit they are interested.

“Marco Reus is definitely an interesting player,” Bayern chief Karl-Heinz Rummenigge told Bild.

“He is young and is Germany international. Our goal is to bring more German national team player to Munich.”
