Bayern happy to wait for Sane

According to a recent report from Bild, Leroy Sane’s recent knee injury isn’t going to deter German giants Bayern Munich from putting in a bid for the Germany international. However, with the end of the summer transfer window getting closer and closer, it’s starting to look as if they will have to wait until next summer in order to get the deal done – which they appear to be more than happy to do.

There’s always the possibility of them going after him in January, but based on his injury, it doesn’t seem like there’s going to be much point. There’s a chance he could make it back in time for around January but he’d almost certainly be rushing things, and from Manchester City’s point of view, they’re going to want to see him back at full fitness as opposed to spending his time rushing into something he isn’t anywhere near ready for.
