Following the retirement of veteran Oliver Kahn, the German giants Bayern Munich have set their sights on Fiorentina goalkeeper Sébastien Frey to replace the German legend.
The 28-year-old, a France international, would command a fee of around €20million, which Bayern are set to meet.
The French goalie has also attracted interest from the likes of Barcelona, AC Milan and Arsenal.
Frey joined Fiorentina during the 2005/06 season, and has been one of the best goalkeepers in Serie A for the past few years.
