According to Sky Sports sources, Bayern Munich are said to have put forward a fourth bid for Callum Hudson-Odoi – this time worth £35 million. The youngster has been on Bayern’s radar for a long time now, as the speculation continues over where he could end up.
Hudson-Odoi has really impressed the masses over the course of the last few weeks, with many Chelsea fans noting that they want to see him stay at the club and fight for a place in the first team. Bayern, on the other hand, aren’t even the only team interested, with RB Leipzig also sniffing around.
More and more top youngsters from English football are making the jump over to top clubs around Europe, and it certainly feels like it’s a positive step forward for the game. After all, there was a time when 99% of the England national team was made up of players purely from the Premier League.
