German Bundesliga champions-elect Bayern Munich host Porto this evening in the Champions League quarter-finals, with the visitors currently enjoying a 3-1 aggregate lead ahead of the clash. Pep Guardiola’s men need a 2-0 win tonight to progress, which shouldn’t be too difficult given the second leg is at their home of the Allianz-Arena.
Porto are the surprise package of the competition, and certainly taught the Germans a lesson in the first leg last week. But they have their biggest task to get the job done, as their approach could be a factor in their elimination.
