According to a recent report from Sport, German giants Bayern Munich are interested in the possibility of signing Christopher Nkunku. The 21 year old has been a regular member of PSG’s first team over the course of the last few months, and in many ways, he could represent the future of the French club. Nkunku came up through the ranks of PSG’s youth system, defying all odds to make the first team ahead of some really talented midfielders. However, given the recent injuries and suspensions that they’ve had to deal with, it’s fair to say that he could struggle for consistent time in the first team once very is fit and available. Bayern, on the other hand, are starting to re-build themselves after a poor first half of the season, as they go in search of more consistency in European competition.
They aren’t the only ones interested, though, with AC Milan and Arsenal also considering bids for the youngster – who would probably cost around €18 million.
