According to a recent from Sky Italy, German giants Bayern Munich are in talks over the potential signing of Ivan Perisic from Italian side Inter Milan. The belief is that the deal would be done as a season-long loan, with reports suggesting they are less confident in their chances of signing Leroy Sane from Manchester City.
Sane is set for surgery next week after he ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament during City’s Community Shield triumph over Liverpool.
The belief when it comes to Perisic, however, is that he isn’t going to be featuring into Antonio Conte’s plans all too much next season. Perisic is seen as an incredibly underrated midfielder in the eyes of many fans, but even with that being the case, he’s still struggling to find a consistent place in Inter’s starting XI.
When it comes to Bayern, though, it really does feel like there’s a home for him.
