Bayern Munich are interested in signing Frenkie de Jong from Barcelona in the summer transfer window, according to 90min. The report has claimed that German giants Bayern have asked Spanish powerhouse Barcelona to be kept informed of the situation regarding De Jong.
Barcelona are reportedly willing to sell De Jong in the summer transfer window, but the La Liga club want €75 million. Xavi’s side are not going to win the La Liga title this season, but they could finish second.
De Jong has made 26 starts and two substitute appearances in La Liga for Barcelona so far this season, scoring three goals and providing three assists in the process. The Netherlands international midfielder scored one goal and gave two assists in six Europa League games this season.
