Talk Sport is today reporting that Brazilian star Neymar might follow Pep Guardiola to Bayern Munich when he eventually decides to leave Santos.
The tricky attacker has said time and time again that he will not leave his native country until the 2014 World Cup in Brazil has drawn to a close.
A number of teams will then be keen on securing the services of one of the hottest prospects in the game, with Barcelona and Real Madrid becoming the early favourites.
However, Guardiola’s move to the Bundesliga in the summer could mean that Bayern are big contenders to sign Neymar as he seems to respect the former Barcelona boss.
It is going to take a lot of money to bring the Brazil international to Europe of course and the German giants are one of a select few that could afford him right now.
The La Liga pairing are in that list of clubs as well, along with Paris Saint Germain, Manchester City and Chelsea – all of whom are believed to be contenders.
A number of top clubs in Europe will battle it out for his signature, but Guardiola heading to Germany could be a big boost for Bayern Munich.
