Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich are keeping close tabs on Monaco full-back Almamy Toure, Sport Bild can reveal.
The Bavarians are in the market for a new right-back to replace Philipp Lahm as the club icon has revealed his plans to retire at the end of the season.
Bayern Munich have been looking at a number of high-profile footballers and now it’s time to focus on Monaco starlet Almamy Toure.
The product of club’s youth academy has shown a great deal of promise since coming through the youth ranks and he has caught the eye of top clubs despite playing second fiddle to Djibril Sidibe.
Toure has largely impressed every time he was called upon and with an entire career ahead of him, the 20-year-old clearly has room for further improvement.
The Malian has so far made 26 Ligue 1 appearances for the Principality club, scoring no fewer than four goals in the process.
