Bayern Munich still want Henrichs

According to a recent report from Kicker, Bayern Munich are aiming to sign a new full-back so that Joshua Kimmich doesn’t need to keep switching positions as much as he has been as of late. The belief is that Monaco star Benjamin Henrichs is still at the forefront of Bayern’s wish list, as has been the case for a good few months now. 

Bayern are going well this season but still need to take things up a notch, and with such a stacked schedule ahead of them, it makes sense to bring in a few more bodies in order to take care of the load. 

Bayern are one of the strongest clubs in German football but that really isn’t going to mean all that much if they’re unable to maintain a strong presence throughout the core of their squad. Henrichs gives them a bit of variety which is something they so desperately need.
