Bayern Munich still want Sane

According to a recent report from Sky Germany, Bayern Munich are still very interested in the possibility of trying to sign Leroy Sane from Manchester City. They are said to be confident in their ability to get the job done during next year’s summer transfer window, with City already looking ahead to possible replacements for the German star. Sane was linked with this move this past summer, but the two sides just couldn’t seem to come to terms on any kind of a deal. City don’t appear to be all too concerned one way or another regarding what their future holds as a squad, and that’s especially true for Sane. While he has had a few breakout moments within the first team, Pep Guardiola just doesn’t seem to really value him as a consistent member of the starting XI.

As such, Bayern have noticed an opportunity to bring him on and provide him with that opportunity to shine.
