According to a recent report from AS, Bayern Munich are planning on selling Kingsley Coman in next summer’s transfer window.
If they did so then they’d avoid the risk of losing him on a free transfer in summer 2023 which, in the modern era, is something very few clubs are willing to do.
Coman will always be remembered as the club’s hero in the Champions League last season but it appears as if both parties are ready to move forward without one another. A parade of clubs have noted their interest in trying to sign him but up to this point, there’s been nothing concrete confirmed.
The 25-year-old still has a lot left to give at the highest level with some believing Liverpool could be the ones to swoop in and buy him – as they did with Thiago Alcantara. Either way, it’s going to be a pretty interesting nine months for the Frenchman.
