According to a recent report from AS, Bayern Munich are set to enter the race to try and sign Rennes youngster Eduardo Camavinga.
We already know that Manchester United and Real Madrid are in the hunt to try and make a Camavinga signing work but given how highly thought of he is, this will probably be much easier said than done.
Now, Bayern have thrown their name into the hat – and they’ll be doing so as the only club out of the three who didn’t enter the European Super League.
Camavinga may not care too much about that but within the wider context of the beautiful game, it can be seen as quite important.
The fee suggested is around €55 million which, it goes without saying, would be more than affordable for all three teams.
Who he ends up going to, though, is anyone’s guess as the summer transfer window approaches.
