Bayern Munich are set to sell several members of their squad during the Bundesliga’s winter break, team manager Uli Hoeness said on Wednesday.
Striker Luca Toni, as well as defenders Breno, Christian Lell and Andreas Goerlitz, plus midfielders Anatoli Timoschtschuk, Jose Sosa and Alexander Baujohann are all possible candidates for the transfer market in January.
“The squad will surely be smaller after the winter break,” Hoeness told German magazine Sport-Bild with Bayern fourth in the league table.
“People will stay as long as they prove themselves, but I assume there will be some changes.”
