Bayern Munich could be willing to allow Corentin Tolisso to join Paris Saint-Germain, according the German publication Bild.
The midfielder went through the youth ranks at Olympique Lyon, where he earned first-team promotion in 2014. He joined Bayern three years later for a fee reported to have been set at just over €40 million, and has gone on to play 90 games in all competitions for the Bavarians, scoring 17 goals and assisting his teammates on 12 occasions. Primarily a central, box-to-box midfielder, Tolisso is also capable of playing further up as a No.10, or deeper down, protecting the back line.
The 26-year-old’s contract expires in 2022, and Bayern apparently wish to avoid history repeating itself with defender David Alaba set to leave this summer for free. Therefore, they’ve decided to consider offers for his services, and have made a list of clubs they believe would be interested in signing Tolisso at the end of the season for a reasonable fee. That list obviously includes the Ligue 1 champions, who are believed to be searching for players to shake things up in the midfield section of the squad.
