Bayern to go after Havertz

According to a recent report from Sport Bild, Bayern Munich are interested in making a move for Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz during next year’s summer transfer window. It’s not exactly a secret that Bayern went in search of many new names and faces during the summer transfer window, and while they secured the signings of a few big stars, they were left feeling a little bit underwhelmed in some areas of their squad.

Havertz has been made out to seem like he’s interested in a move away from Leverkusen sooner rather than later, but it’s hard to tell whether or not that is factual.

If they aren’t able to bring Havertz in they’ll turn their attention towards making Philippe Coutinho’s loan move permanent from Barcelona, but in truth, they probably have the funds to get both deals done.

Bayern are coming off the back of a phenomenal 7-2 triumph over Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League last night.
