Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich have registered their interest in Wolfsburg hotshot Kevin De Bruyne, Sport Bild has learned.
The Bavarians have been clearly impressed with the Belgian’s performances and they are considering a summer proposal for his services.
Bayern have yet to make an official offer for the highly rated footballer, but the club representatives did enquire about the possibility of signing the midfielder at the end of the season.
Following yet another impressive season in German Bundesliga, De Bruyne has caught the eye of quite a few top European sides, and Wolfsburg clearly have their work cut out for them in an attempt to keep hold of their star player.
The 23-year-old has managed impressive 9 goals and 16 assists in 26 Bundesliga starts, helping the Wolves climb to second in the league standings.
Wolfsburg missed the opportunity to close the gap behind Bayern next weekend, but they are 4/9 favourites to defeat Stuttgart after the international break.
