David Beckham and Landon Donovan contributed two of Los Angeles' three second-half goals Saturday as the Galaxy rallied for a 3-1 victory over the Kansas City Wizards in a Major League Soccer contest.
Beckham's injury time insurance goal was his fourth of the season for the Galaxy, who moved to the top of the MLS Western Conference with their second straight victory.
The win marked the first time this season the Galaxy have put together back-to-back victories.
Beckham rounded off the triumph with a 70-yard shot into an empty net.
Edson Buddle had given the Galaxy the lead in the 74th minute, slotting home a low shot off a feed from Donovan.
Claudio Lopez had opened the scoring for Kansas City in the 40th minute, and Donovan equalized with a penalty in the 54th after he was brought down by Tyson Wahl.
