Beckham: It’s going to be very tough

LA Galaxy are continuing with their poor results and star player David Beckham admits it will be very tough for the club to make the playoffs.

David Beckham wrote in his blog at davidbeckham.com: “Unfortunately we couldn’t get the result we wanted (against Kansas City Wizards on Saturday). It was a tough game for us and obviously no one likes losing, but we’re all determined to turn it around.

“We’re working hard on the training pitch trying to get things right and I think it just needs a bit of luck during a game for things to turn in our favour. “

LA Galaxy have only six games left in the regular season and Beckham admits they will struggle to make the playoffs.

He said: “There are only six games left for us to get a playoff place and we all know it’s going to be very tough, but it’s possible. Getting that first win will make us mentally stronger and give us the belief we need. “

LA Galaxy face D.C United at home on Saturday.
