Veteran midfielder David Beckham could leave LA Galaxy at the end of the year, according to Daily Mail.
The 37-year-old has less than two months left on his deal with the MLS side and there is every chance he will not be signing an extension to the contract that runs out on 31st December.
That, however, doesn’t mean that the former England captain will retire from football altogether as he intends to play on for a few more years.
Daily Mail suggests that Beckham and his wife Victoria are pondering a move to New York, which could see the midfielder join Theirry Henry and Robbie Keane at New York Red Bulls.
David Beckham has helped LA Galaxy reach MLS Conference semi-finals, where they will take on San Jose Earthquakes.
Since joining the club from Real Madrid, Becks has scored 18 goals in 110 MLS appearances.
